In the said video, Mercy was seen dancing and sitting comfortably on Pere’s lap.

This happened despite rumors that their relationship had hit a rough patch, as they had both unfollowed each other on the popular social media platform, Instagram.

Earlier, it was reported that Pere Egbi and Mercy Eke, former Big Brother Naija All-Stars housemates, confirmed that they were dating.

However, they surprised everyone when they unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Before the unfollowing, Pere had emphasized that he and Mercy Eke are in a committed relationship, not just casually involved.

Mercy also expressed her admiration for Pere and mentioned that she was surprised they hadn’t connected sooner during their time on the show.

BBNaija Season 8 All-Stars housemate, Ilebaye has emerged as the winner of the 2023 reality TV show and takes home ₦120 million.

The announcement was made by the show’s host, Ebuka, on Sunday, October 1.

The 22-year-old Ilebaye emerged victoriously, securing the title. Her triumph came at the expense of Mercy Eke, who claimed the second position.

Ilebaye’s victory comes with a substantial grand prize of N120 million, a weekend getaway for two, and an SUV, among other rewards.

Cynthia Nwadiora, more commonly known as CeeC, secured the third position, following closely behind Ilebaye and Mercy Eke.

At 30 years old, CeeC was the runner-up in the third season, Double Wahala, in 2018.

Adekunle Olopade, aged 28, was revealed as the third runner-up by host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on that fateful Sunday.

Pere Egbi, 38, and Cross Okonkwo, 33, were recognized as the fourth and fifth runners-up, respectively.

BBNaija All Stars housemate, Cross accused fellow housemate, CeeC of bullying him during the Innoson task on Friday and winning a car meant to be his.

As previously reported, CeeC emerged as the winner of the Innoson task, earning her a brand new SUV, the Innoson Ikenga MVP

During a conversation with fellow housemates Mercy and Pere on Friday night, Cross alleged that CeeC “bullied” him by not vacating his designated position in the game, despite his divine instructions to be in the number two position.

Cross clarified that his grievance was not about the car prize but rather CeeC’s behavior during the task. This was particularly surprising to him because they are close allies and best friends.

“I don’t like it when guys are being bullied. What is being a gentleman? Everybody has started going to their places [positions in the Innoson task], we’ve been at the same place.

“I knew that NO: 2 was the right place. God told me to go to NO: 2. I knew I wanted to be there. You can’t come and change something that I’ve already done. And me being a gentleman, I told you to go to your place and you said no, it’s a game.

“I knew it. My mind told me from the beginning. If you see from the beginning, I ran to NO: 2 [but CeeC bullied me and took my place].”

Mercy Eke chipped to state, “There is no need to cry over spilled milk.”

Cross continued, “Yeah, I know. But it’s a matter of how it eventually played out. I told CeeC this is where I am and she was like, ‘No, get out. It’s a game.’

“It’s not about the car, it’s about the character. It’s the act. We’ve been playing, we’ve been laughing. And all along you had a different mind. Man f**k this game.”

In the late hours of yesterday, Biggie surprised the six finalists, Cross, Adekunle, Mercy, Baye, Pere, and Cee with an evening dinner.

After the dinner was over, the camera captured Ceec talking about the clash she had with Alex Unusual in the first week over their wager.

Recall that Alex Unusual and Ceec clashed over a wager script after Ceec tried to rubbish the works of the former.

They shared a passionate k!ss away from the prying eyes of other All Stars housemates before stepping back into the party.

However right after Mercy called what they shared a mere peck and refused to accept the fact that they had k!ssed.

The k!ss occurred after the finalists had escorted Gideon Okeke and Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, who were special guests at the dinner organised by Big Brother.

Mercy was earlier seen wearing a really eye-catching outfit during the early hours of Monday, September 25, 2023, and it got everyone staring.

Pere couldn’t contain his sight as he voiced out how Mercy’s outfit was making him feel. He said, “Lambo is this how you want to destroy my life this week.

In the name of Jesus I’m focused. It is obvious that she is out to destroy everyone that is a man in this house…”.

Mercy shared that her birthday on Friday, September 29, 2023, was the reason behind her outfit. Adding that she had made a resolve to bring the heat all through this week.

It’s however, unclear where she stands considering the k!ss with Whitemoney and Kiddwaya earlier on in the season.
