She is sexy. Pretty-tall and beautiful. With striking features that almost immediately reveals her trade. Little wonder she packs checks that effortlessly announce her appearance at events.
And when she dances to popular music in her lascivious manner, guys are left with imaginations of some sort. Such are the assets that portray Lillian Afegbai, Big Brother Africa (BBA 9) Hotshots reality show 2014 contestant.
The reality television made star appears to have lots going for her lately since after the BBA show. According to her she has been acting, and doing some commercial advertisements. And other stuffs like modeling which has always been her major. She stars in ‘Do Good’, an MNet TV series where she plays a lead character.
“Even if I didn’t stay long in the BBA House, the most important thing is that I am doing well for myself by the grace of God and working on new stuffs”, she said. “So people will definitely see more of me not just as an ex BBA Housemate but as Lillian who would eventually be a success in the entertainment industry.”
In the making is her television talk programme she calls D’Lee Show, by her EEP Entertainment Company. This seems her priority at the moment as she explains her plans. “Next for me is focusing hard on growing my production company, and building my career to the next level and using my talk show as a means to helping young talents.”
Having not given much during the BBA Hotshots, a lot of people would have forgotten about her fleeting moments in the house. Unlike past BBA representatives, who might have on one or two trials succeeded at entering the show but end up in oblivion, Lillian is quick to tell you that it is not how far but how well.
The former BBA season 9 housemate says she is not just going to be that girl you saw twerking because that was just a means to be happy in the contest.
However, that got her loads of male admirers with different motives. At 22, sexy Lilly, as she’s fondly called, seems to ‘have her head high up and wise enough to know the right thing to do’. As an adult says she knows what is good from bad as regards loads of advances from men following her BBA expose.
Growing up was good for the television reality star, she reveals. She went to boarding school and the tutelage of her strict father shaped her upbringing. With time she got to understand it was for her own good and right now they are best of friends.
Before her BBA break, Lillian had worked with the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS). And at the same time on the back throw engaged in more of commercial adverts and brand modeling. She acknowledges the reality show as the major step-forward in her career.
“You always need that major breakthrough in your career to be known. I wanted the platform it gives to be able to get to where I am now. BBA gives you a good platform of fame it’s left for you to now use it to achieve your goal. I knew once I came out I will be going into entertainment fully.”
Lillian comes more like a shy chic or so it seems. She is not adept in music videos but for movies. Asked if she could for any reason play nude in a movie or music video, the BBA celebrity says anything can happen, so never say never.
